Terms and Conditions of the 5ppg – Clear Rules for Playing Safely

Access to and use of the platform 5ppg, including registration, deposits, Sports Betting, casino games, and any other features available on the site, constitutes automatic and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the services of 5ppg.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform, regardless of how they access it — whether through a mobile browser, desktop, or any other device. Acceptance takes place at registration, when the user checks the confirmation box indicating they have read and agreed to the terms.

To register and use the services of the 5ppg, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age completed at the time of registration. The 5ppg is an adult entertainment platform and access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform or online casino, nor have been previously banned from the 5ppg for violation of these Terms.

The 5ppg reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (a process known as KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspicious account activity. Documents may include a photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and a selfie holding the document.

Each user may hold only an account at the 5ppg. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF or different CPFs belonging to the same person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated balances and the permanent blocking of all identified accounts.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials for their account at 5ppg — login credentials, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The 5ppg strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other service, and enabling two-factor authentication available in the account settings panel.

If unauthorized account access is suspected, the user must contact the support team of the 5ppg via live chat or by email at contato@5ppg.best. The 5ppg is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their own credentials.

The 5ppg reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows suspicious behavior, fraud attempts, use of automated software (bots), or any activity that violates these Terms. In such cases, bonus balances are cancelled immediately. Any genuine deposited funds not yet used may be returned to the user following a review confirming the absence of fraudulent activity.

The 5ppg accepts the following payment methods, all exclusively in BRL:

• Pix: preferred method, available 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. Deposits are credited in seconds; withdrawals are processed in up to 3 minutes for verified accounts.
• Boleto bancário: credit within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Not available for withdrawals.
• Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard accepted for deposits. Subject to approval by the card-issuing bank.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: accepted for deposits with immediate credit.
• TED bank transfer: via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks. Processing time varies according to the issuing bank.

The minimum deposit at 5ppg is R$ 10.00 via Pix and other instant methods. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. For Pix withdrawals, the registered key must belong to the same CPF as the account at 5ppg — transfers to third parties are not accepted as a security measure and to prevent money laundering.

The 5ppg does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by banks or payment platforms are the user's responsibility, in accordance with the policies of the respective institutions.

The 5ppg offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, and a VIP program with progressive cashback. Each promotion has specific terms described on its corresponding page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are only valid for users with an active, verified account at the 5ppg.
• The bonus balance must meet the specified rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn. The rollover is calculated on the value of the bonus received.
• In Sports Betting, only bets placed on markets with minimum odds of 1.50 count in full toward the bonus rollover. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 contribute proportionally.
• In casino games, slots contribute 100% toward casino bonus rollovers. Table games such as roulette and blackjack may have a reduced contribution as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Cancelled, voided, or Cash Out-settled bets do not count toward the rollover.
• Bonuses have an expiration date as specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled with no possibility of reactivation.
• The 5ppg reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, such as creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses.

Any user who violates bonus rules will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings voided. The original real-money deposit, if not used in wagers, may be returned following a review by the compliance team of the 5ppg.

The 5ppg offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and other competitions), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets on the platform:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled by the user after confirmation, except when the Cash Out feature is available.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded to the player's wallet.
• If a match is suspended after it begins and is not completed on the same day, bets on the final result are cancelled and the amount refunded. Markets already settled remain valid.
• In the event of a postponement, the bet remains valid if the match takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. After 48 hours, the bet is cancelled and the stake returned.
• The official result published by the competition's governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, UEFA, etc.) is the final criterion for settling bets at 5ppg.
• Obvious errors in odds publication — such as odds significantly out of line with the market due to a technical fault — may result in the cancellation of affected bets, with the staked amount refunded.
• The 5ppg reserves the right to limit bets or close markets in the event of identified irregularities, suspicious market movements, or detected insider information.

The games catalog of the 5ppg includes slots, live roulette, poker, baccarat, blackjack, crash games, and other entertainment formats provided by certified software suppliers. The following rules apply to all casino games:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring every outcome is independent and unpredictable.
• Technical failures during a game session — such as internet outages or server instability — are handled in accordance with the game provider's policy. In the event of an unresolved interruption, the 5ppg applies the result recorded on the server at the time of the failure.
• Live casino games with dealers use real-time streams. Transmission delays do not constitute grounds for disputing a result.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within each title before the session begins.

The 5ppg believes that healthy entertainment is entertainment the player controls. The platform offers the following responsible gambling tools directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: users can set maximum deposit amounts per day, week, or month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Loss limit: sets the maximum net loss allowed within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further bets are blocked until the period resets.
• Session limit: sets the maximum continuous play time before an automatic alert and forced session end.

Users may request account closure at the 5ppg at any time, free of charge, through customer support. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance in the account will be returned via Pix to the key linked to the registered CPF, after deduction of any pending bets.

The 5ppg may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any method that provides an advantage not permitted under the game rules.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at the support team at 5ppg.
• Attempting to manipulate matches, outcomes, or engaging in any form of cheating in games or betting.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the 5ppg reserves the right to withhold balances derived from fraudulent activity. Any genuine deposited funds not implicated in irregularities may be returned following a compliance review.

The 5ppg collects and processes personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use — including name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, banking details, and activity history — is used exclusively for:

• Provision of platform services 5ppg, including deposit and withdrawal processing.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identity verification and fraud prevention.

The 5ppg makes every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

The 5ppg is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• Internet connectivity failures, or issues with the user's device or software.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own failure to protect their credentials.
• Temporary unavailability caused by factors outside the control of the 5ppg, such as failures in internet providers, banking services, or third-party infrastructure.

In the event of a technical error that results in an undue credit to the user's account, the 5ppg reserves the right to correct the error and reverse any incorrectly credited amount, regardless of whether the user has already used part or all of the erroneous balance.

The 5ppg may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases requiring immediate implementation for legal or regulatory reasons.

The most recent update date is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform 5ppg after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date, following the procedure described in clause 9.
