How 5ppg Protects Your Privacy

Before the full document, here are the six pillars that underpin the privacy policy of 5ppg on a daily basis.

256-Bit SSL Encryption

All communication between your device and the servers of the 5ppg is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Brazilian banks and financial institutions. Your registration data, passwords, and banking information are always transmitted securely.

Banking-grade
No Sale of Data to Third Parties

The 5ppg does not sell, rent, or transfer users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is used exclusively to operate the platform, meet legal obligations, and improve your experience — nothing more.

Zero data selling
You Control Your Data

As a data subject, you have the right to access, correct, port, and request the deletion of your information on 5ppg at any time. These rights are exercised simply, through support or your account dashboard, with no red tape.

LGPD rights guaranteed
Minimal & Necessary Data Collection

The 5ppg collects only the information strictly necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations — such as the CPF to link the account and banking details to process Pix transactions. No data is collected indiscriminately or without a defined purpose.

Data minimization principle
Designated Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The 5ppg has a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO), as required by the LGPD, available to handle data subject requests and liaise with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) whenever necessary.

The 5ppg operates exclusively for users residing in Brazil, and all data collection and processing follows Brazilian law, especially the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018) and the regulations of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The 5ppg does not use personal data to create behavioral profiles for commercial purposes, to make automated decisions affecting individual rights without human review, or for any purpose that was not disclosed to the user at the time of collection.

4

Legal Basis for Data Processing

All personal data processing carried out by the 5ppg is grounded in at least one of the legal bases set out in the LGPD (Art. 7 and 11). The applicable legal bases are:

  • Contract performance (Art. 7, V): the processing of registration, verification, and financial transaction data is necessary to provide the services contracted by the user upon creating an account on the 5ppg.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 7º, II): CPF collection, identity verification, and financial record retention are required by Brazilian law — including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Law No. 9,613/1998) and COAF regulations.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 7º, IX): security monitoring, fraud prevention, and platform improvement using anonymized data are based on the legitimate interest of the 5ppg, provided they do not override the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  • Consent (Art. 7º, I): promotional communications are sent by email or phone only with the user's explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through the account dashboard or by emailing contato@5ppg.best.

When processing is based on consent, the 5ppg will request such consent in a clear, specific manner, separate from other agreements — not as part of a generic block of terms.

5

Data Sharing

The 5ppg does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing occurs exclusively in the situations below, all of which are necessary for the platform to function or are required by law:

  • Payment processors: to process transactions via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago, the minimum required banking details are shared with the respective platforms and financial institutions involved in the transaction (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks enabled for Pix).
  • Identity verification providers: for the KYC process, document images may be processed by certified verification tools. These providers act as data processors for the 5ppg, subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
  • Competent authorities: the 5ppg will comply with lawful requests from Brazilian government authorities, regulatory bodies, or courts when required by law — such as requests from COAF, the Federal Revenue Service, or court orders.
  • Technology and infrastructure providers: hosting, security, and infrastructure services that support the 5ppg may have technical access to data for operational purposes. These partners are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of that data.

In all data-sharing situations, the 5ppg requires that partners and processors handle data in compliance with the LGPD and the security standards established by this policy.

6

Data Retention & Deletion

The 5ppg retains personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, respecting the minimum retention periods required by Brazilian law:

  • Registration and KYC data: kept throughout the entire period the account is active and for at least 5 years after account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements (Lei nº 9.613/1998).
  • Financial transaction records: retained for a minimum of 5 years, in accordance with tax legislation and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Betting history: kept for the duration of the account's active period and for 1 year after closure, except in cases of ongoing investigation or litigation.
  • Browsing data and access logs: retained for 6 months, in accordance with the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014).
  • Support communications: kept for 2 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

Once retention periods have expired, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to the data subject. Early deletion requests submitted by the data subject will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be limited where a legal retention obligation applies.

7

Information Security

The 5ppg implements robust technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption across all communications between the user's browser and the servers of 5ppg.
  • Encrypted storage of passwords using secure hashing algorithms — passwords are never stored in plain text, and even 5ppg have access to it.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for additional account access protection.
  • Anti-fraud monitoring continuous, 24 hours a day, with automatic alerts for unusual access or transaction patterns.
  • Internal access control with the principle of least privilege — employees of the 5ppg only access the data necessary for their specific functions.
  • Security audits periodic assessments and penetration testing to identify and correct vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Incident response plan with notification to the ANPD and affected data subjects in the event of a data breach that may result in significant risk or harm, as required by Art. 48 of the LGPD.

Despite every security effort, no system is 100% invulnerable. The 5ppg recommends that users choose strong, unique passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and never share their login credentials with third parties.

8

Cookies and Tracking

The 5ppg uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the platform works correctly and to improve the user experience. The types of cookies used are:

  • Essential cookies: required for the basic functioning of the platform — such as keeping the user session active and remembering language preferences. They cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
  • Performance cookies: collect anonymized information about how users interact with the platform — most visited pages, load times, and errors encountered. They help the 5ppg to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Functionality cookies: allow 5ppg remember user preferences, such as preferred payment method or platform display settings.
  • Security cookies: help detect fraud attempts, suspicious access, and other behaviors that may indicate malicious activity.

The 5ppg does not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising purposes or share browsing data with ad networks. Cookie settings can be adjusted in the account preferences panel, but disabling essential cookies may affect the normal functioning of the platform.

9

10

  • Response time: up to 15 calendar days for data subject rights requests

If you believe your data subject rights have been violated and have not received a satisfactory response from the 5ppg, you may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), the regulatory body responsible for enforcing the LGPD in Brazil.

11

Updates to This Policy

The 5ppg may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in data processing practices, new legal requirements, or improvements to internal privacy processes. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days before taking effect.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Once changes take effect, continued use of the platform 5ppg implies acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your data as described in sections 6 and 9 of this policy.

We recommend reading this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how 5ppg protects your data. Any questions can be sent to contato@5ppg.best.

Privacy at 5ppg in Practice: What This Means for You

Data privacy isn't just a legal document — it's a practice that either happens or doesn't in a company's day-to-day operations. The 5ppg has made a series of concrete decisions about how it handles user information, and those choices deserve a straightforward explanation — without the legal jargon that usually makes privacy policies useless in practice.

The first question anyone should ask when registering on an online platform is: what do they do with my CPF? In the case of 5ppg, the answer is straightforward: the CPF is used to uniquely link your account — preventing the same person from creating multiple accounts — and to process transactions via Pix, since the Brazilian banking system requires that the Pix key belong to the same CPF as the sender or recipient. The CPF is never sold, never fed into third-party marketing lists, and is not used for any purpose beyond the operational needs of the 5ppg.

The identity verification process, known as KYC, is a requirement that the 5ppg is a legal requirement — not a bureaucratic formality invented by the platform. Anti-Money Laundering law requires that platforms handling financial transactions know their customers and keep records of that verification for at least five years. When you submit a photo of your ID and a proof of address, those images are stored with encryption and accessed only by the compliance team at the 5ppg — and solely for verification purposes. After the legally required retention period, these documents are securely deleted.

Betting history is one of the most sensitive pieces of information stored by the 5ppg, and for that reason it deserves special attention. Every bet placed on the platform — whether on the Brasileirão, the Premier League, the CBLOL League of Legends championship, or a slot — is recorded in the system. This information is necessary to process payments, calculate bonus rollovers, identify suspicious patterns, and, in the event of disputes, verify the transaction history. The 5ppg does not use this history to build behavioral profiles for commercial purposes or to sell to data brokers. Your history belongs to you, is available for review in your account dashboard, and you can request a full copy at any time.

About Pix: when you make a deposit at 5ppg via Pix through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, or any other enabled bank, the transaction goes through the infrastructure of the Banco Central do Brasil — the system that connects all financial institutions within Pix. This means your bank's operator has visibility into the transaction, just as it would with any bank transfer. The 5ppg receives payment confirmation and the transaction amount, but does not store the full details of your originating bank account. For withdrawals, the Pix key you register is linked to your CPF, and the 5ppg verifies that the key belongs to the same account holder before processing any withdrawal.

Regarding cookies, the 5ppg uses only what is necessary to operate the platform and improve the user experience. There are no social media tracking pixels installed, no browsing data is shared with ad networks, and no behavioral profile is being built for targeted advertising purposes. When you access the 5ppg on your phone while watching a Flamengo match on the live stream, your session data is used solely to keep you logged in and record the bets placed — nothing more.

The data subject rights provided under the LGPD are real rights, not marketing promises. If you want to know exactly what data the 5ppg has on you, just ask — via live chat or email — and the 5ppg has up to 15 days to respond with the complete information. If any data is incorrect, you can request a correction. If you wish to close your account and delete your data, you can do that too — with the caveat that data subject to mandatory legal retention, such as financial records, must be kept for the minimum period required by law. This is not an exception created by the 5ppg: this is what Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation requires of any company that handles financial transactions in Brazil.

Finally, an important note on promotional communications: the 5ppg sends emails and mobile messages about promotions, bonuses, and platform news only to users who opted in during registration. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can unsubscribe via the link in any promotional email or through your account settings panel — and your preference is honored immediately, with no need to contact support. Account-related communications — such as withdrawal confirmations, suspicious activity alerts, or support replies — will continue to be sent regardless, as they are an essential part of the service.

Yes. 5ppg uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications between your device and the platform's servers — the same security standard used by Brazilian banks such as Nubank, Itaú, and Bradesco.
